In fact, in addition to the classic Mediterranean cuisine, the Executive Chef at Dama Dama Restaurant also proposes the innovative cuisine of the Wellbeing Method conceived by biologist and nutritionist Luca Naitana. The Mediterranean-type diet favors fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, white meat and fresh fish. Dishes are prepared using genuine products that come from small, carefully selected local farms and, in some periods of the year, these ingredients come directly from our vegetable garden and orchard.

Located 5 km from Porto Ercole, Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort, Autograph Collection features a free organic wellness centre, a panoramic 18-hole golf course and 2 tennis courts. Guests can enjoy the resort's gourmet restaurant and bar, and another restaurant and bar at the Club House, on the PGA-licensed golf course.
